Keep your Teeth White and Healthy



  • brush at least 2 times a day (morning and night)

  • floss daily

  • swish that mouth wash around to kill bacteria

  • get a cleaning and check up from your dentist every 6 months

  • use a whiting kit every 6 months (i have used ones from the dentist office and the drug store and they are all the same)

  • cut down on staining ex: coffee, wine, tea etc.

  • drink plenty of water to keep your breath fresh!

and if all else fails get a tan! hahahah
